Venture South Construction Company, Inc. was founded by Charles Hutson and Troy Bourg in 2003 Both owners got their start in the late 1980’s working for a large Design/Build general contractor in Jackson, MS. After 16 years of working together, learning the trade, and developing relationships, Venture South was Incorporated.
Today, Both Charles and Troy schedule and manage all projects. That’s right, when you select Venture South as your general contractor, one of the business owners will manage your project from start to finish. No middle man, or no he said she said, just an owner who takes pride in workmanship, the relationship, and our reputation.
Venture South is owned and operated by Charles Hutson and Troy Bourg, who have worked side by side since 1989. Charles is the company’s president and oversees the accounting and administrative departments. Troy is the company’s vice president and oversees the CAD and IT departments. Both owners actively estimate, bid, schedule, and manage ALL construction projects.
